When you are unable to receive all or part of your transfer, it could be that the MDC has not ship confirmed your transfer. It is possible to only have one item, many items or all items not ship confirmed. This can occur for many reasons, product out of stock at time of pick but replenished before truck left or a team member forgot to ship confirm the order, to name a few. To validate if this is indeed the problem, on the order entry screen in the AS400, enter your transfer number (be sure to include the ST), change the status from 560 to 560. If any items appear, it is not ship confirmed!
Our goal is to have your transfer ship confirmed the day you logged the issue (if after 5pm EST, it will be handled the next business day).
